Shipping policy

Shipping time frames do not include order processing, fulfillment, or pre-orders. 

  • Orders with Ready to Sell (RTS) items only are fulfilled within 1-3 business days.
  • Custom orders are fulfilled within 2-4 weeks.
  • Pre-orders are fulfilled 1-3 business days after the availability date. 
  • If you purchase a combination of RTS items and custom or pre-order items all items will be shipped together according to the latest time frame.

We offer flat rate shipping based on total purchase price.

All orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is fulfilled. You will receive a second notification when your order has shipped.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@pickledgrits.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping delays

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. 

If your order is significantly (30 days) delayed due to circumstances within our control, you will be notified via email and provided a new shipping date. 

Please keep in mind all packages are shipped by third party companies. Shipping delays may be due to third party handling. Once your package leaves our facility we have no control over delays or lost packages. All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. Please contact us at info@pickledgrits.com if your package has not arrived.
